Adenomatoid tumor: Circumscribed tumor in paratesticular region with periphery showing lymphoid aggregates. Adjacent foci shows structure of epididymis with ducts (at the top) and muscle bundles. (H&E, 40)

Adenomatoid tumor: Lesion composed of cuboidal to polygonal cells having round to oval nuclei with some of them showing nucleoli and with moderate amount of eosinophilic to clear cytoplasm. (H&E,X300)
